Second, integration of the four- fold being of the Collectivity or the Organisation which is the aim of Organisational Development.
Third, integration of the individual goals with organisational goal, which is the aim of work-life balance.
Fourth, attunement of the four-fold being of the organisation with the laws of universal Nature, which is the aim of corporate sustainability.
